1. Eligibility: This promotion is open to all customers who are wearing an official Maple Leafs Jersey at the time of purchase at a Participating Location. To qualify for the discount, customers must present themselves wearing the jersey at the time of checkout. 

2. In-Store Only: The 15% off discount is only available for in-store purchases. This offer is not valid for online orders, phone orders, or any other form of remote purchase. 

3. Promotion Validity: This promotion is only valid on game days during the Maple Leafs’ regular season games. Customers must be wearing the jersey on the date of the game to qualify. Promotion applies only on the actual day of the game. 

4. Participating Locations: The promotion is valid only at participating Shelby’s Legendary Shawarma locations within 75 miles (120 km) of the Scotiabank Arena, located at 40 Bay Street, Toronto, Ontario. Participating locations include: o

Not all locations may be open or participating on game days; please check with your nearest participating location. 

5. Promotion Period: The discount is valid only on Maple Leafs 2024/2025 regular season game days and will not be applied on any other date. Shelby’s Legendary Shawarma reserves the right to amend or terminate the promotion without notice. 

6. Discount Details: Customers will receive a 15% discount off the total in-store purchase when wearing an official Maple Leafs Jersey. The discount applies to the pre-tax amount of the purchase and cannot be used for gift cards, alcohol, or tobacco products. 

7. Non-Transferable and Non-Refundable: The discount is non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and cannot be applied to previous purchases. This offer cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotions, or loyalty programs. 

8. No Substitutions or Cash Value: No substitutions or exchanges will be permitted. The discount has no cash value and cannot be used to apply credit to an existing balance. 

9. Limited Time Offer: This promotion is valid only on the specific game day and cannot be applied to purchases made on any other day. 

10. Right to Modify or Cancel: Shelby’s Legendary Shawarma reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this promotion at any time without notice. All changes will be posted at participating locations and online where applicable. 

11. Limitation of Liability: By participating in this promotion, customers agree to hold Shelby’s Legendary Shawarma, Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment Partnership, the National Hockey League and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, owners, partners, employees, agents, representatives, successors and assigns harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising out of their participation, use of the promotion, or inability to redeem the discount.

13. Additional Restrictions: This promotion is subject to availability at participating locations and may be subject to local restrictions or limitations. Not all locations may be open on game days, and hours of operation may vary. 

14. Governing Law: The promotion shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
